Join us on July 26 for a free public sound bath at Southwest University Park! Led by local Holistic Healing professionals, Instruments of Healing, participants will be guided through an immersive meditation experience using sound and vibrations.

Join us on July 26 from 9 am to 10:30 am for a free public sound bath at the Southwest University Park! Led by local Holistic Healing professionals, Instruments of Healing, participants will be guided through an immersive meditation experience using sound and vibrations. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with a water bottle, yoga mat or blanket, and comfortable, lightweight clothing. Sunscreen is highly recommended. Please arrive early or on time to allow others to enjoy their full meditation experience.
